Our dual winding inductors (1:1 turns ratio) can be used as either a single inductor or in coupled inductor/transformer applications. The shielded dual winding inductors utilizes a ferrite drum core that offers space saving, cost effectiveness and a high K factor.
The two windings can be connected in series or parallel, offering a broad range of inductance and current ratings. The common mode choke can also be used for different turn ratios, effectively acting like a transformer. The isolation between windings could be up to 200 Vac, and the maximum operating temperature is up to +125°C.
