Low Frequency Ferrite Core / TRM Series

The TRM Low Cut Cores offer a suitable solution from both conductive and radiation noise in low frequency applications. Turning cable around the core increases effectiveness of the ferrite.

*Recommended frequency range from 150KHz to 10MHz.*

Features:
- High impedance noise filter.
- Rounded corners reduces load on cables.
- Epoxy coating protects ferrite from damage.
- Temperature Range: -40C to +85C.

Low Frequency Ferrite Core / TRMH Series

The TRMH Low Cut Core series is our most suitable product for suppressing conductive noise 1MHz or below. By increasing the permeability the impedance stays high in frequency range 1Mhz or less. As number of turns increases, the impedance improves and therefore greater noise suppression is achieved.

Features:
- Peak performance around 150kHz.
- Rounded corners reduces load on cables.
- Resin finish protects ferrite from damage.
-Operating temperatures: -40C to +85C.

Round Ferrite Core / GRI Series

Round ferrites are suitable for insertion on round cables and wire bundles, in single or multiple turns. before the final cable assembly. The ferrite sleeve can be permanently attached to cables by thermostatic resin moulding or heat shrink tubing. The EMC ferrite core is typically wound with two or three turns of the cable. The impedance ratio is actually proportional to the square of the turn.

*Recommended frequency range from 30KHz to 1GHz*.

Features:
- For effective common mode suppression.
- Chamfered edges to prevent damage to cables.
- Designed to reduce time and labour cost.
